Ring Size Exchange Policy:

Purchased the wrong size? No problem at eTungsten Wedding Bands ... simply contact us and we will authorize a ring size-exchange. There will be a $15.00 charge for this service (covers our direct costs associated with shipping the ring back to Triton, Triton shipping it back to us, and then shipping it back to you). Most of our Tungsten Wedding Bands are available in full and half sizes.

Lifetime Warranty Policy:

At eTungsten Wedding Bands we offer the Triton brand because each ring is protected by the Triton Lifetime Warranty. Please understand that all rings will eventually show wear, this is to be expected, but your ring is protected against breaking. If it does, contact us and we will replace it with a ring of equal value unless there are signs of obvious abuse.

(This warranty does not apply to gemstones such as sapphires and diamonds. Damage or loss of stones might be covered under your homeowner’s policy and you might need to check with your insurance agent. The lifetime warranty is considered void if there is evidence of mistreatment or abuse of your ring).
